The Printroom Group were commissioned by a client to providemarketing and print services for their event in Amsterdam.
This event was arranged by a team led by the MarketingDirector and consisting of various people based all over Europe. Afterdiscussions with the client, The Printroom Group worked with them to think upways of making the exhibition stand more appealing so that they could collect asmany valuable leads as possible for the sales team to target.
One of the ideas was to produce a scratchcard to give out toattendees of the event at the entrance. The winning scratchcards offered aprize which had to be picked up from the client's exhibition stand. The itemsoffered were split into main prizes and smaller prizes. The main prizes werebranded powerbanks, smart backpacks (that held a phone charger) and VR glasses. The smaller prizes were boxes of jelly beans in branded packaging.
The Printroom Group supplied all printed brochures and datasheets for the various products, and each item was given away in a brandedpaper bag with rope handles.
Our Account Manager created a spreadsheet which was loadedonto a Google docs drive listing all items so the various members of the teamwere able to clearly see where products were in each stage of production andwho had to action each part before moving onto the next stage of the process.
The Printroom Group worked with the client's own design agencyand produced various backdrops, fabric stands and exhibition stands, as well asroller banners to be placed around the venue.
Floor graphics and large vinyl graphics were also printedand installed in the event's sponsored cloakroom. The main floor graphic wasproduced in strips and laid down with the client's logo as the pinnacle of thegraphic.
The Printroom Group also supplied a fabric booth, along witha branded fabric table and TV screens installed inside the fabric banners. Thisbooth created a small area for the sales team to get away from the busy standand have a chat with potential clients about their individual needs for thesoftware.
Demonstrations of the software were performed on screens atthe main exhibition stand.
All of the items were carefully checked and packed onto aPrintroom van to be driven direct from The Printroom Group's head office inBracknell, Berkshire, direct to the venue in Amsterdam.
The Printroom Account Manager leading the project was flowninto Amsterdam to meet with the client's team of marketeers and staff to makesure that the items were all at the event and to offer any assistance to theclient's team onsite and to help with any issues that may arise on the day.
